Are Aliens Coming........Back?

After a small break, Payton and Shayla return and are diving right into another hot topic, aliens.  Before they dig too deep they catch up on what they've experienced during their break with stories of loved ones navigating tragedy and illness as well as some really cool experiences with Spirit reminding them of their presence.
So, are the Aliens coming? Or are they returning? They take a stroll down this galactic wonder with their ideas of what it could mean if alien life exists and what their hopes  around it are. Especially the hope that our awareness around them could hopefully bring forth unity with each other and a new, more respectful, connection with our Mother Earth.  Payton and Shayla also have a few questions they'd like to ask our inter-stellar brethren.

Dragons, Fairies and Gnomes Oh My!

We take a magical turn today and discuss the topic of Elemental energies like dragons, fairies, gnomes and other beings we normally find in mythologies and fairytales and how they have a role in today's spirituality. This was sparked by an experience Payton had recently with a dragon and how that started to change his perspective on the topic.  Shayla shares a couple different experiences she's had with dragons and even a fairy who used to taunt her as a little girl. 
Before the episode begins we recorded our "catch up" session to try and figure out something going on with Shayla's microphone.  We decided to keep this in our episode to give our listeners a little behind-the-scenes listen to how we sometimes get inspired right before recording.  
We share a beautiful card reading which fits right into the topic of Spirit connecting with us in any way it can to try and help reignite our connection to the spiritual world in order to help us find self confidence, self assurance and reconnection as to why we're here in the first place.

Summer Energy Check In

It's time to tune into the energy this summer season has in store for us. Payton and Shayla both pull cards and intuitively interpret the energy they've been experiencing as we've navigated into Cancer season and prepare to move forward into Leo season.  They both tune into similar messages about revisiting memories, feelings, situations or people from the past that it's time to move forward from. While looking back with gratitude from all that was gained from those experiences and using that to help expand our futures. Sensitive Kids and Spirituality

Shayla and Payton discuss what it was like during childhood being empathic and sensitive to Spirit. Then through their experience try to offer guiding tips on what you can do if you have children who are having these experiences.

Getting Through Spiritual Lulls

In this episode Shayla and Payton share how they both have been navigating lulls in their energy and their connectivity with Spirit.  They navigate how even when things can feel so magical, they are just human and get worn down like everyone else.  Shayla shares how dancing came back into her awareness and that this was an effective way of shifting her energy around and helping her feel more aligned again.  It also became clear during the card pull at the end that Spirit was channelling a very similar message through them both about movement forward and leaving behind stagnant energy that doesn't need carried around any longer.

Past Life Regressions

We start this episode by sharing some amazing feedback we've received from a couple of our listeners. They share stories that relate to a couple of our past episodes. Afterwards, Payton shares a story about a past life he witnessed during a past life regression he had a few years back. Then shares with us how a current experience validated a feeling he remembers having during that regression. Shayla then shares with us a story about how she received glimpses into some of her past lives when she was just a child.

Mercury Retrograde and Soul Groups

We dive into discussion about the effects of the current Mercury Retrograde session and how it's been effecting our lives.  Shayla shares some personal family experiences, histories and even a current book she read that brought her to start thinking about how one small change in the timeline of events can create so many possible outcomes.  As this makes her reflect on the past she also shares stories of how people from her past have reentered her orbit and this only further takes her on a journey of wondering "but what if this would of happened instead?" We also venture down the road of Soul Groups or Soul Contracts. These may bring at least a spiritual explanation for why we experience certain events with people that are significant even if they don't lead to being close for the long run.

The Heart Connection Meditation

We asked for something that would be a great tool for those who are either beginning their meditation practice or for those who are well skilled but enjoy new journeys.  This meditation will help you build and feel your own energy (Prana) and then help you move that energy to fill up your heart chakra and connect deeply with your power.
