Spring Clean Our Energy

In this episode we again welcome Shayla back.  She shares with us why she had to step back and be with her family while they navigated the transition and passing of her Gido (Grandfather).  Shayla and Payton felt with spring quickly approaching that it was a good time to remind everyone to not forget to also "spring clean" their energy.  Payton shares a story of an experience where a beautiful divine being showed him how to do this in a meditation. They both share their card pulls for this episode which also referenced a cleaning out of our energetic closets and connecting with others to share love and healing.

Spiritual Sharing is Caring

In this solo episode with Payton he shares how moving through a period of darkness and depression helped him uncover buried energetic cords to past experiences he needed to release. He also shares how he had a very heartfelt connection with a passed loved one through multiple signs that came through on one of his darkest days. As a reminder that spirit is always there with us and can give us signs and reminders when we least expect it and when we most need it.

Human Design with Christy Yael

We are so grateful to have Christy Yael join us today for an interview where she helps us gain a deeper understanding of the world of Human Design.  Christy is an accomplished owner of multiple businesses and shares with us how her spiritual journey not only helped deepen her relationship with herself but has also guided her in business and raising children. 
 
We asked her to break down just a couple pieces of the large complexity that is Human Design to help us and our listeners understand it better.  She breaks down the different Energy Types and touches on our personal Profile Lines. She gives many examples of how understanding ourselves better, using tools like human design, gives us so much to work with when navigating what it is we want and how we interact with the world around us.

Personal Wellness & Celebrity Spirit Guides

In this episode Payton and Shayla discuss quite a range of topics. Including how personal wellness is connected to your spiritual well-being. They share a few different experiences with the world of yoga that was sprung from a conversation about how important movement is to our overall health. The main topic they were excited to touch on today was connecting with celebrities who have passed.  Shayla shares a really cool spirit visitation by a famous 90's rock star and Payton shares a connection he made with his favorite 90's r&b singer.  Even though they are both 90's kids and had connections with celebrities from that era it did not stop Elvis from showing in this conversation also.

Shayla is Back with a Full Moon in Leo & Seeing Spirits

Shayla returns in this great episode of catching up between her and Payton. On the tail end of the first full moon in 2024 which was in the sign of Leo, the two discuss how they noticed the energy effecting their weeks surrounding.  Not only had the full moon created some speed bumps but the two also talked about how so far this year they had both been experiencing a lot of changes in their spiritual experiences. Shayla shares how she had been having very heavy dreams and talks about the phenomenon of awakening within the dream. Payton then shares some dreams he had been having along with a resignation of his ability to physically see Spirit with his naked eye again. 
They both end the show with a beautiful card reading that not only did they know was going to touch a lot of listeners, but they both share how this reading really hit home for both of them.  A lot of reminders around personal empowerment, self worth healing and specifically around issues surrounding self image.

Welcome Back and Happy 2024!

This is a solo episode with Payton where he kicks off the New Year and year 2 of the show.  After a much need month break, he shares how he spent his holidays and what steps he's taking to make some personal improvements for the coming year. One, being his current liking to a brand of non-alcoholic elixirs named Three Spirit and how enjoyable it is having so many options now that are alcohol free. 
He also shares with the audience his new role at Spirit School as a supporting mentor.  Spirit School is the community he and Shayla met through and he has been regularly involved ever since he joined.  Now excited in growing his role and helping support other mediums and light workers on their development journeys.
He finalizes with a card reading that magically seems to continue on the messaging that he and Shayla had been tuning into over the past few months. Positive themes of fine-tuning what it is we have been manifesting.

A Spiritual Mediumship Reading With Guest Sitter Beth - Realness In Mediumship Series

Join us as we give a spiritual mediumship reading to our guest sitter Beth! 
This reading was done in real time and with very minimal editing (we only took away long pauses).

Although it’s entertaining and fun to watch all the “yes moments” it doesn’t always bring the full picture of the reading through. It’s not all 100 percent glitter and shine all the time. 
Some readings are super fluent and smooth sailing, while others may take a little more navigation.
